Samantha worked on CILT's international programme on the Language of Logistics and Transport (LoLT). Samantha optimised the programme material with regards to tone of voice, multimedia use, and interactive assessment techniques and tools. She increased the accessibility of the programme for a multilingual global audience of specialist tutors, and logistics and transport professionals. The refreshed programme was immediately rolled out worldwide.

More information on Samantha's continued partnership with Big Cat Agency and the University of Birmingham can be found on this website's blog.
The partnership between the University and Big Cat began in September 2017 at a Business Breakfast meeting, at which a common interest to study the creativity of language in advertising was discovered. The partnership grew from this meeting and has since developed into a four-year PhD collaborative project funded by the UKRI (UK Research Institute), testing the impact of figurative communication in advertising campaigns. - September 2017 to present |
